We offer a curated selection of products for surfers and ocean lovers:

  • New & Used Surfboards: Each board, especially our “Used Boards,” is a unique piece. Used boards are sold “as inspected” for their individual character, integrity, and history.
  • Collaborations & Limited Editions: Items like our Almond x Rivian series are unique, often hand-crafted works. Their limited nature is part of their value.
  • Apparel, Accessories & Art: From fins and hats to T-shirts and wall art, each item is selected for its quality, story, and connection to surf culture.

We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur, especially in hand-crafted or vintage items.

Important Note on Final Sale Items: To preserve their integrity, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Used Boards, Surfboard Collaborations & Limited Editions, Clearance/Final Sale items, Gift Cards, and Personalized/Custom-Ordered items. Please choose these with the same considered passion we use to curate them.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery & Customs: Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We ship worldwide but exclude some remote regions and parts of Asia.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Process: You must contact us first at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund.
