We ship our passion worldwide (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your gear to you safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

- Cost: $12.95 USD.
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free.
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, here’s our straightforward process to make it right.
Policy At a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Process: Start by contacting our crew via email to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Exchanges: Subject to product availability. We’ll help you swap for the right size or item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was ours.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity and uniqueness of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used Boards: Each pre-loved surfboard is a one-of-a-kind piece, sold “as inspected” for its unique character and history.
- Surfboard Collaborations & Limited Editions: Unique, often hand-crafted pieces like our Almond x Rivian or other collaborative works.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as such at the time of purchase.
- Gift Cards.
- Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items.

Receive Instructions & RA Number
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the safe return address. Please do not ship anything back without an RA number.

Ship Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable and insured service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We Process & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll notify you via email.
- For Refunds: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- For Exchanges: If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it out promptly using your preferred shipping method. If it’s unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your board, fins, apparel, or art arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your trust is as important as the integrity of a board’s glassing.
International Returns
As a global shop, we accept returns from most countries we ship to. The process is the same, but please be aware that:
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred on the return shipment.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency and amount, minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
