Absolutely. Our Used Boards are legendary rides with history. Each is carefully inspected for integrity and function. While they may show signs of previous love (pressure dings, minor cosmetic wear), they’re water-ready and offer incredible value. Descriptions highlight any notable characteristics so you know exactly what story you’re buying into.
What is the Almond x Rivian collaboration?

Where do you ship from and where do you deliver?
All orders are packed with love at our headquarters: 3004 Heliport Loop, Louisville, US 40202. We ship worldwide! However, due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to some remote locations and specific areas in Asia. Your checkout will automatically confirm availability for your destination.
What are my shipping options and timelines?
We keep it simple and transparent:
  • 🚀 Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, then delivered in 10-15 business days. Perfect for new boards or time-sensitive gear. Fully tracked.
  • 🌊 Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered in 15-25 business days. Ideal for the savvy surfer stocking up on apparel, books, or accessories. Orders under $50 using this method incur a calculated fee at checkout.

How long does order processing take?
Every order receives 1-2 business days of careful processing and packing before it begins its journey to your home break.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are there any hidden costs at checkout?
Never. We believe in transparency. The price you see is what you pay, plus the clear, flat-rate shipping cost if applicable (or free on orders over $50). Taxes are calculated automatically based on your location.

What is your return policy?
If the gear isn’t the perfect fit, we get it. You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Can I return a used surfboard?
Due to their unique nature and condition, Used Boards are typically sold as-is, final sale. We provide detailed descriptions and photos to ensure you know exactly what you’re getting. If you have specific concerns about a used board before purchasing, please contact our crew at [email protected].

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your gear’s journey directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). For order inquiries before shipping, contact us with your order number.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you riding sooner. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. If it hasn’t entered the packing process, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
